ToJoy is the founding organization in implementing the “Happy Enterprise Theory” based on Junqing Lu’s book, Happy Companies are the Best Companies, which, along with works on Steve Jobs and Ren Zhengfei, has been considered one of the top 10 most influential management books management in China. ToJoy believes that maximizing profit is only a means to an end, and that the ultimate goal is to maximize happiness. Since being published in 2012, this theory has been widely acknowledged in industry and adopted by a number of organizations.

Launched in 2000, our Entrepreneur Incubator is an innovative and original leadership development program. As of 2016 it has successfully nurtured 4 board members, 4 CEOs, 53 general managers, 120 executive officers, and 118 departmental managers.
Employees experiencing fanancial hardship can apply for fanancial aid.

4 days a week
We believe that efficiency and high job satisfaction, not long hours, leads to better productivity. That’s why we ask our employees to only work 6 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Since 1995 ToJoy has granted “life-long employee” status to staff with 3 years of continuous or 5 years of cumulative outstanding employment. As of 2016 there are 98 staff members who have received this honorary status.
Any employee in a management position who has worked at ToJoy for over a year is entitled to a bursary to be paid monthly or annually to his or her spouse as a way of showing the company’s appreciation for their spouse’s support and understanding.
